The Process

What is the process to enter Retirement Living with Eldercare?

Step 1
Call our Housing Manager direct on (08) 8291 1040 or complete the Retirement Living enquiry form provided online to register your interest.

Step 2.
If you register online, our Housing Coordinator will contact you to arrange a site inspection.

Step 3.
Should you decide to purchase, a deposit is required to secure the unit or villa while you make arrangements to move in.

Step 4.
Sign the contract, which is a licence to occupy, and then move in to your new home.

Fees

Entry Contributions:
Purchasing of one of Eldercare’s retirement units or villas varies according to the market price, the size and the location of the unit.
There are options available to residents based on an affordable entry contribution that is refunded on a reducing basis, depending on the length of stay. Please contact our Housing Manager to discuss the details.

Residential Fee:
This fee is payable every 28 days and ranges from $300 to $315, calculated on the operating cost of each complex.
