These packages are accessible on Yorke Peninsula

An Extended Aged Care at Home Package (EACH) is a flexible, individually tailored, coordinated community service.  These packages are designed for the older person who has complex high level care needs.

To be eligible to receive an EACH, you must be assessed by the ACAT as high level flexible care, as well as high level residential care and have expressed a desire to stay at home for as long as safely possible rather than move into a residential facility.
