The Day Therapy Centre is available for people 65 years plus, living in the western area.

The Day Therapy Centre offers a wide range of services such as Physiotherapy, Hydrotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Speech Therapy and Home Safety Assessments. Other services include:

- Falls/Balance Classes
- Easy Movement Active Aging
- Arthritic Hand Group
- Hip Exercise Group
- Knee  Exercise Group
- Cardio-Pulmonary Exercise Group
- Circuit Exercise Classes
- Talkback for Aphasia

The following services are offered by Allied Health Professionals:

- Physiotherapist,
- Occupational Therapists,
- Podiatrist,
- Speech Pathologist
- Coordinator/Specialized exercise PMA

Our health professionals are passionate about enabling our clients to maintain, improve and enhance their quality of life.

Our services are 1:1 or group sessions which provide social interaction, enhance motivation and education while aiming to maintain the client's independence in the community.

There is a small fee involved in using the Services.
