You can be confident your health and wellbeing is in safe hands with all services and treatments delivered by Eldercare's highly qualified and dedicated Day Therapy Centre team.
Eldercare’s Day Therapy Centre services are provided and subsidised through the Federal Government's Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
You may be entitled to access our services if you’re aged 65 and over.
If you're an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, you can access services if you are aged 50 years and over.

Your support needs will be assessed by the My Aged Care team.
You can nominate Eldercare’s Day Therapy Centre at Acacia Court as your preferred provider if you choose.
Commonwealth Home Support Program services are subsidised. This means you pay reduced fees to help make your support plan more affordable.
Some services can also be provided to clients on Home Care Packages, GP Care Plans and Chronic Disease Management Plans.
You also have the option to pay for services privately.
