CE Jane Pickering guest speaker at the Fresh FM Jobs event
Eldercare Chief Executive Jane Pickering was a guest speaker at the Fresh Jobs client networking event held on Friday 30th September. Other guest speakers included were Paul Southgate, Global Head of HR, My Budget and Marty Haros, Production Manager, Fresh 92.7.
Jane spoke about her career journey from nurse to Chief Executive of Eldercare and the importance of establishing a culture built on values.
Having recently joined the South Australian Government Gender Pay Taskforce, Jane also spoke passionately about the importance of gender equity and equal pay, stating that “we still have a long way to go”.
