Eldercare Sash Ferguson celebrates new Accreditation
Early this week Eldercare Sash Ferguson had a small ceremony to celebrate its new Accreditation by Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
Site Operations Manager Mark Butler said the commission auditors reported back at every feedback session about the high regard that the residents and representatives had for the staff who they described as kind, caring and hard-working.
Staff gathered in the foyer to reflect on the significance of their achievement in gaining this certification and were thanked by Mark Butler (SOM) for their contribution to making this happen so smoothly.
Skye Wilson – a hospice in the RACF Trainee – was designated to hand the new Accreditation Certificate on the wall.
“The staff should feel very proud of their efforts every time they see the certificate on the wall, as it was their dedication and efforts that earned the site 3 years further accreditation.” Said Mark.
