Eldercare Palliative Care Team among finalists at 2024 SA Nursing and Midwifery Excellence Awards
We are delighted to share that the Eldercare Palliative Care Team was a finalist in the South Australian Nursing and Midwifery Excellence Awards 2024 for the ‘Excellence in practice’ category.
Three of the nine qualified palliative care nurse practitioners in the state are part of Eldercare’s specialist team, which allows additional palliative services to be offered to residents and their families.
