Clinical care

Your care will be coordinated by a clinical leader who will work with you to develop a comprehensive, individualised care plan that meets your needs and enables you to live your life the way you want to live it.

Allied health services

At Eldercare, our allied health staff work as part of a multidisciplinary team to help you maintain optimum health and mobility and support your overall wellbeing.


Lifestyle program

Each of our homes offers a rich calendar of individual and group activities for you to choose from that will keep you mentally and physically active and socially engaged.


Home cooked meals, housekeeping and laundry

You’ll enjoy tasty, nutritious meals prepared fresh daily in our well-equipped on-site kitchens and we'll ensure towels, linen and clothing are kept fresh and clean.


Dementia care

Everyone’s experience of living with dementia is unique. We aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment and assist those requiring support to live their best life.

Respite care

Depending on room availability, Eldercare may be able to provide short term respite care, including convalescent care after hospitalisation.

Advance care planning

Advance care planning is a sensitive but important subject. We will talk to you to ensure we understand your end of life choices and that they are respected.
