Karamjeet Kaur Receives Brilliance in Service Award
A huge congratulations to Karamjeet Kaur, Hospitality Assistant at Eldercare Trowbridge House, for receiving the Brilliance in Service Award at the Hospitality in Healthcare Excellence Awards 2026.
This award recognises Karamjeet's dedication, professionalism and the genuine care she brings to her role each day. Her commitment to creating positive experiences for residents, families, visitors and colleagues reflects the values that sit at the heart of Eldercare.
Karamjeet's kindness, hard work and willingness to go above and beyond make a meaningful difference to those around her. While she was unfortunately unable to attend the awards night due to illness, this recognition is a wonderful acknowledgement of the impact she makes every day.

Sheree Cook named Leadership Award finalist

Drew Cornelius elected to Hospitality in Healthcare Board
Congratulations to Drew Cornelius on being elected to the Hospitality in Healthcare (HiH) Board at the association's Annual General Meeting.
Being elected to the Board provides an opportunity to contribute to the future direction of Hospitality in Healthcare and support initiatives that promote excellence across the health and aged care sectors.
We are proud to see Eldercare represented at this level and congratulate Drew on this important achievement.
