Eldercare's commitment to excellence rewarded
Eldercare was delighted to be part of the team that won the Minister’s Award for Research and Innovation at the SA Health Awards on the 17th of November.
The award was granted for the jointly funded State and Australian Government Palliative care program.
Eldercare implemented the Hospice in Residential Aged Care Program at seven of our aged care homes with remarkable results, improving our reputable palliative care program even further.
