Eldercare held its traditional competition “Guess the number of jelly beans in the jar” to win a jar full of jelly beans with almost 200 people registered to guess the lucky number. Barney was the winner with a perfect guess!

Beyond the fun and games, this event was a great opportunity for Eldercare to engage with a diverse crowd, sharing insights into our services and values.

“We were pleased to speak with FEAST visitors about Eldercare’s services and job opportunities but to also raise awareness that Eldercare is a Rainbow Tick accredited aged care organisation,” said Eldercare Human Resources Consultant Caz Parker.

In September 2022, Eldercare received Rainbow Tick reaccreditation in recognition of its LGBTIQ+ inclusive practice and its efforts to ensure Eldercare is a safe and welcoming place for members of the LGBTIQ+ community.
