Allambi

Allambi was extensively renovated and expanded in 2016 to provide state-of-the-art residential aged care. Resident rooms are modern and there are a range of communal spaces, both intimate and large, to support a wide range of activities.

Overview

All residents in Allambi have a single room with ensuite bathroom and access to communal living and dining areas and lovely gardens. Some rooms are in the support unit which provides specialised assistance to residents living with dementia. It includes secure courtyard gardens.

Residents can spend time in our café, courtyards, outdoor entertaining and BBQ areas and extensive gardens which include outdoor seating; all great spaces to enjoy with family and friends.

All food is cooked on-site daily by our chef with two courses served for the lunch and evening meals. Special events can be celebrated on-site with the hospitality team available to provide catering at an additional cost. There are private spaces that may be available for these occasions.

There is a varied social program that residents can choose to participate in including crafts, games and physical activities. Our physiotherapist supervises the on-site gym which features specially designed equipment for building strength, increasing fitness and improving or maintaining mobility. Health professionals visit regularly, including speech pathologists, podiatrists, dentists and local medical specialists can visit upon request.

Residents can get their hair done in a dedicated hairdressing salon with services available Monday to Friday at additional cost.

There are 225 single rooms at Allambi.

Click here to get a fee estimate. The Fee estimator is a simple online calculator. It can estimate how much your government-funded aged care services might cost.

The fees associated with residential aged care are made up of three elements:

  • Accommodation
  • Care
  • Additional fees and extra services

Your personal financial circumstances will determine how much you will be required to contribute towards the cost of your care and accommodation. Click here to calculate what your fees might be (fee estimator) or visit the My Aged Care website for more information.

You can also read more about the process of applying for residential aged care and an explanation of the fees and charges or contact our friendly residential admissions team on 1300 925 414 to talk about the costs and payment options available.

Select your preferred room option and use the slider to see how much your daily accommodation payment (DAP) will be, depending on the amount of your refundable accommodation deposit (RAD).
