Eldercare celebrates International Women’s Day

International Women’s Day is celebrated each year on 8 March to celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. It is a day to raise awareness about discrimination and take action to drive gender equity.

This year’s theme is Count Her In: Invest in Women. Accelerate Progress’.

Equal access to education, employment pathways and financial services is essential to achieving gender equity.

At Eldercare we are focused on achieving gender parity in everything we do and we are very pleased that we have achieved gender pay parity for women and men at Eldercare.

We have focused on creating a workplace in which both men and women can thrive and achieve their full potential. This starts with ensuring that we have a respectful workplace culture and environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect and we protect the dignity, rights and values of individuals.

Happy International Women’s Day!
