Eldercare Palliative Care Program among finalists at 2023 National Palliative Care Awards
We are delighted to announce that the Eldercare Palliative Care Program has been selected as a finalist for the prestigious Innovation in Palliative Care Award at the 2023 National Palliative Care Awards.
The winners will be announced at the National Palliative Care Awards Gala Dinner at the Oceanic Palliative Care Conference in Sydney on Thursday, 14 September.
